At the end of February, a delegation led by Mr. Imamov, Consul General of Uzbekistan in Guangzhou, visited Ceepower to discuss potential collaborations in power manufacturing, industrial investment, and international expansion. Mr. Xiaohui Zheng, Director of Investment & Financing (Board Office) and Director of the President’s Office, and Ms. Cecilia Chen, Board Director and Global Business Vice President at Ceepower.   Strengthening International Partnerships During the meeting, Mr. Zheng welcomed the Consul General and introduced Ceepower’s 25-year expertise in smart electrical equipment manufacturing. With a fully integrated industry chain spanning R&D, production, sales, and services, Ceepower has expanded its footprint to over 30 countries worldwide, maintaining a strong market position. Ms. Cecilia emphasized Ceepower’s commitment to international expansion, evolving from product exports to a comprehensive “product + technology + supply chain” model. She expressed optimism for deeper collaboration in Uzbekistan’s growing energy sector.       Opportunities in Uzbekistan’s Energy Market Consul General Imamov recognized Ceepower’s technological strength and global reach. He highlighted Uzbekistan’s rapid development in railways, renewable energy storage, and electrical equipment, fueled by Belt and Road initiatives and national industrial policies. With increasing infrastructure demands and strong investment potential, he welcomed Ceepower’s participation in Uzbekistan’s energy projects, offering support in facilitating partnerships and market entry.     Following the discussions, the delegation toured Ceepower’s exhibition center, gaining insight into the company’s advanced manufacturing capabilities and innovative solutions in smart electrical equipment.       This visit marks the first step toward the business ties between Ceepower and Uzbekistan, paving the way for potential collaborations in power infrastructure and smart energy solutions.                  

On February, Ceepower successfully convened its 2024 Annual Review and 2025 Strategic Planning Meeting under the theme "Deep Cultivation, Steady Progress". The event gathered Chairman Mr. Tianxu Chen, President Ms. Manhong Chen, Executive President Mr. Guoliang Ma , and senior management from the group and its subsidiaries to assess past achievements and define future objectives.     Reviewing 2024: Achievements and Lessons President Chen Manhong opened the meeting by reflecting on the valuable experiences of 2024 and setting the stage for 2025. She emphasized the importance of maintaining strategic focus, advancing intelligent manufacturing, driving product innovation, and expanding market presence. Ceepower aims to build on its strong foundation through a pragmatic and results-driven approach.     During the conference, department heads and subsidiary managers presented their performance reviews, using data-driven insights to highlight key milestones and challenges. They also outlined strategic initiatives for 2025, focusing on collaboration, operational efficiency, and market breakthroughs.   Strategic Focus for 2025 Executive President Ma Guoliang provided a comprehensive report on Ceepower’s progress in new production lines, technologies, and market expansion. Looking ahead, the company will concentrate on:   Enhancing product innovation to strengthen core competitiveness Expanding domestic and international markets to seize growth opportunities Optimizing operational management to improve efficiency and execution     To ensure accountability, business units formally signed the 2025 Target Responsibility Agreements, reinforcing their commitment to achieving key business objectives.     A Global Outlook for Growth In his closing remarks, Chairman Chen Tianxu emphasized the company’s vision: "Product as Our Base, World as Our Stage." He highlighted the need for a balanced approach—deepening research and development, strengthening Ceepower’s manufacturing capabilities, and strategically expanding both domestic and international markets. Ceepower had the honor of hosting supervision delegations for two key railway projects in Guinea—the Matébayah Port to Simandou Mining Area Railway Mainline and the Rio Tinto Simandou Railway Branch Line. The delegations conducted an in-depth visit to Ceepower, engaging in discussions on production supervision and project collaboration.   The delegation included representatives from Beijing Tiecheng Engineering Consulting Co., Ltd, China Railway 21st Bureau Group Co., Ltd, Rio Tinto Group, China Railway First Survey and Design Institute Group Co., Ltd, China Railway 18th Bureau Group Co., Ltd, and China Railway Fourth Survey and Design Institute Group Co., Ltd. They were welcomed by Ceepower’s Vice President & Wuchang Electrical Control Equipment Co., Ltd General Manager Liu Mingqiang, along with Board Director & Brand Strategy Director Ms. Chen Xi, Board Secretary Mr. Yu Chunjiang, and Vice General Manager of Fujian Ceepower Mr. Lu Liangping, attended the meeting and accompanied the delegation throughout the visit.       Advancing Railway Electrification for Guinea’s Major Infrastructure Projects The Matébayah Port to Simandou Mining Area Railway, spanning approximately 552.5 km, marks Guinea’s first east-west railway corridor, a significant step in the nation’s infrastructure development. Meanwhile, the Rio Tinto Simandou Railway Branch Line, stretching 72.44 km in Kankan Region, serves as a critical supporting infrastructure for the Simandou iron ore project—one of the world’s largest greenfield mining projects.   Ceepower’s wholly owned subsidiary, Wuchang Electrical Control Equipment Co., Ltd., is a designated supplier of high- and low-voltage switchgear and prefabricated substations for both the mainline and branch line of the project.
